Frequently asked questions

Please allow up to 5 business days for your merchandise to be packaged and shipped after you receive your confirmation email. All packages are sent USPS First Class Mail service and tracked via Etsy. On average, it takes around 1-2 weeks for items shipped within the United States to be delivered . Delivery times vary during the holidays so please allow extra time for your package to arrive.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to assist!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for missing/undelivered mail due to incorrect address input. If the package is returned to me, I can offer to resend it if you pay the shipping cost.

All orders are tracked and once it is marked as "Delivered", I am no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately, I am also not responsible for any delayed, missing or stolen packages since it is out of my control. -If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. -If tracking is marked as Delivered but you did not receive the package, please wait a few days to see if it arrives. If not, please contact your local post office. -If your items arrived damaged, please contact me with proof of the packaging and its contents.

At this time, I do not ship internationally.

Currently, the only legitimate place where my products are sold is my Etsy shop, "Manga Mimic". Any other store selling my products is impersonating me and/or stealing my content. Please contact me if you see someone else distributing my artwork.
